Project team 4 are responsible for ensuring that the impact of volunteering on individuals, organisations and communities is measured consistently with the aim of continuous improvement and advocacy. This ensures that the strategy stays focused on collaborative action and results.

Project Team Four aims to:

  • ensure the impact of volunteering on individuals, organisations and communities is measured consistently
  • ensure continuous improvement for measuring volunteer contribution and ongoing advocacy for the sector
  • test potential solutions to overcome barriers to volunteering
  • ensure the VSSA remains focused on collaborative action and results
